Profile:

Lance is an Equity Partner with Burns Anderson Jury & Brenner, L.L.P. He is Board Certified in Texas Workers’ Compensation law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Lance represents employers and insurance carriers in administrative and court proceedings regarding workers’ compensation benefit disputes, medical disputes and subrogation. He has also participated in the legislative process regarding workers’ compensation issues.

Lance received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He also received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University. Lance is a member of the Workers’ Compensation section of the State Bar. He was also appointed to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Workers’ Compensation Advisory Commission.

Lance has 20+ years of experience in representing employers and carriers with workers’ compensation issues. In addition to the practice of law he enjoys traveling, hiking, walking his dogs, and spending time with his family.
