Profile:

Linda has over 30 years of experience in tort and insurance litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage. She has represented individuals, governmental entities and agencies in court and administrative proceedings in areas as diverse as nursing licensure and eminent domain. For much of her career, Linda served as Senior Claims Attorney for an insurance guaranty association, analyzing coverage and managing litigation in both personal and commercial lines, including auto, homeowners, trucking, commercial liability, construction, medical and legal malpractice.  She has trained claims professionals in numerous tort and insurance topics, as well as Medicare Secondary Payer compliance.

Linda hails from the east coast, but her family got to Texas as soon as they could. With her husband Jeff, a local business owner, she has raised three sons, none of whom grew up to be cowboys – or lawyers.
