This West Texas attorney came to Austin in 2001 for the people and culture, the Central Texas landscape, and to work for BAJB. When the firm secured Lance, it got an associate experienced both in litigation and workers' compensation, and strong in negotiating, questioning witnesses, and resolving claims. His clients appreciate the understanding his business education brings to the table and his easy, congenial nature. They also know his unbending resolve on certain issues will be there for them when they take a claim as far as is necessary.

Lance Mullins' practice is approximately 70 percent workers' compensation. The remainder of it covers insurance defense and civil litigation, from subrogation for insurance companies to defense in various fields.

Lance now finds plenty to keep himself busy in his new home of Austin and is thankful that Austin retains the same camaraderie between legal professionals that he enjoyed in Amarillo.
