Sarah enjoys the challenge of solving legal problems in a creative and productive manner. She has a wide range of experience, having represented individuals, companies, and governmental entities in the areas of family law, insurance defense, civil rights, employment law and eminent domain. She is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, with trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts. She is approved by the Travis County District Court as a Court Appointed Family Lawyer, and she regularly represents children and indigent parents in Child Protective Services cases, an area of practice which fulfills her goal of serving the community.
Sarah is a member of the Family Law and Child Protection Law sections of the State Bar, the Court Appointed Family Attorneys section of the Austin Bar Association, and the Travis County Women Lawyers Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Sarah is also a member of the Western Hills Athletic Club Masters, where she swims as often as possible.
