Daniel is a Houston native who attended Sam Houston State University graduating with Bachelors’ Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He attended law school at South Texas College of Law where he volunteered with the Actual Innocence Project of Texas and developed an interest in litigation and advocacy. Daniel received his Juris Doctorate in 2011 and began representing injured workers in workers’ compensation claims across the state of Texas.
After several years and many hard-fought battles, including more than a few with the BAJB team, Daniel expanded his practice to the corporate world. He spent two years establishing the legal department and serving as in-house counsel for an industry leading trench shoring and engineering company. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and is licensed in the Southern District of Texas.
