Jeff Jury's ADR Practice

Always the creative problem-solver for his clients, in 1997, Jeff Jury completed mediation training and officially added another dispute-resolution tactic to his repertoire.

A strong supporter of ADR in Texas, Jeff Jury has participated in committees, at conventions and with organizations relating to ADR. "Although I do not believe that every case should settle, I do believe that any case that can be settled should be settled" he explains.

Jeff believes that his litigation experience greatly enhances his mediation skills, and in turn, serving as a mediator improves his advocacy skills. Understanding the full range of resolution possibilities and knowing the different roles in those processes helps him get desirable results and makes him a comforting guide to his clients.
