Contact Jeff Jury

I practice as a mediator and arbitrator in civil disputes, with a selective advocacy practice representing businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs from formation to the courthouse.

In the commercial area, I have mediated contract, construction, land use, real estate, business dissolution, technology, insurance coverage, consumer, employment and corporate governance/responsibility cases. In the tort area, I have mediated all types of personal injury, premises, medical and health care facility, first party insurance and product liability cases.

My arbitration practice is focused on commercial contract disputes, particularly in the areas of construction and land use. I have also arbitrated securities, consumer and personal injury matters.

I maintain an advocacy practice focused on helping businesses and professionals avoid and resolve disputes, including strategic planning, negotiation consulting and litigation.

For five years, I served on the State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charge--Volume IV Committee, which edits and publishes a manual of jury instructions for Business, Consumer, Insurance and Employment cases. I was honored to be named a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine in each of its years of selection since 2003, and was chosen among “Best of Business Law” in Mediation and Arbitration by The Austin Business Journal in 2004.

This resume describes what I do when I am not raising my two sons.
