Juliana GriggsJuliana began her legal career as an assistant attorney general with the State of Texas, representing self-insured state agencies in administrative proceedings before the Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers' Compensation and the State Office of Administrative Hearings, as well as handling administrative appeals and subrogation suits in district court. Juliana joined BAJB in 2005, transitioning from the public to the private practice of workers' compensation defense. She now also enjoys representing both insurance carriers and railroads in litigation.
