HALF DAY MEDIATION Includes pre-mediation discussions, preparation time and four hours to conduct the mediation. If the mediation exceeds four hours, the parties will be charged for a full day mediation. Snacks will be provided at no additional charge. FULL DAY MEDIATION Includes pre-mediation discussions, preparation time and nine hours to conduct the mediation. All time in excess of nine hours will be charged an hourly fee of $350.00. Lunch will be provided at no additional charge. In light of the current economic situation, I offer a reduced fee for small cases with $50,000 or less in controversy. For those cases qualifying, I will conduct a three-hour mediation for a total fee of $860.00 |

ARBITRATION |

The fee for arbitration services is a flat $350.00 per hour, and up to $400.00 per hour on complex matters, which we will determine in our first call. A reasonable deposit will be required. If we conduct a hearing at our offices, lunch and refreshments will be provided. |
