Profile:

Practicing in the fields of general civil litigation, workers' compensation, and judicial review of workers' compensation cases for over twelve years, Lea has thoroughly learned the process and the law. She knows both how to work out a deal and how to win a case, and she has the success rate to prove it.

Lea is devoted to serving her clients, finding out what they really want, and finding a way to attain it. She stays aggressively involved, and that is what makes the fast-paced, high-volume workers' compensation practice truly satisfying to her.

Lea focuses her practice on workers' compensation defense. She has also practiced before the State Office of Administrative Hearings and has served clients' needs for general civil defense litigation in the areas of professional liability, medical malpractice defense, and non-subscriber employers.

As of January 1, 2006, BAJB is proud to have Lea Buffington named as a junior partner.
