Appellate Law

We are experienced in trying lawsuits and have developed a special proficiency in appellate law.

BAJB's appellate cases include those previously tried by BAJB attorneys and those tried by outside attorneys for which BAJB has assumed the appellate advocacy.

BAJB attorneys have represented clients from briefing before the United States Supreme Court to briefing and arguments before the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Texas Supreme Court, and all Texas Courts of Appeals.
